Our Pasture Raised Chicken and Grass Fed Lamb is custom made in delicious sausage by Kyle Morse of ‘The Mayor Meats’ in Richmond, VA. Choose between Chicken Curry Links, Chicken Curry Ground, and The Mayor’s newest Lamb Merguez Links which come in two sausage variations at approximately 1 pound; 6 small sausages in lamb casings or 4 large sausages in pork casings. All sausage is sold frozen.
